Residential construction up slightly in the Twin Cities for Sept.
Residential construction permits in the Twin Cities were up 5 percent in September compared to September of 2008, according to numbers released Wednesday by the Builders Association of the Twin Cities….
“For the first time in well over two years, the year-over-year monthly permit comparisons have entered positive territory,” said Mike Swanson, president of the association. “Combined with positive reports from our fall Parade of Homes, this is definitely a good indication for 2010.”
